Protection Against Eligible
Manufacturing Defects.

Our limited warranty is intended to cover qualifying defects in materials, electronics, assembly, or workmanship under normal intended personal use.

01

Manufacturing Defects

Eligible faults that result from materials, production, assembly, or workmanship.

02

Electronic Components

Certain qualifying failures involving charging, speakers, microphones, buttons, or connectivity hardware.

03

Structural Issues

Qualifying frame, hinge, or component failures that occur under normal intended use.

04

Review & Resolution

Approved claims may result in repair, replacement, comparable replacement, or another appropriate remedy.

01
OUR WARRANTY

Our Commitment to Product Quality.

Wearvant is operated by Guangzhou Shangfeng Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. and sells smart eyewear through wearvant.shop.

We want eligible Wearvant products to arrive in good condition and function as reasonably described on the applicable product page.

Our Limited Warranty is intended to provide protection against qualifying manufacturing defects in materials, electronics, assembly, or workmanship that become apparent during the applicable warranty period under normal intended personal use.

The warranty does not mean that smart glasses are indestructible, waterproof unless specifically stated, immune to normal wear, or guaranteed to remain compatible indefinitely with every third-party smartphone, application, AI service, or operating-system version.

Important

Warranty coverage is determined by the nature and cause of the problem, not simply by whether the issue occurred during the warranty period.

02
WARRANTY PERIOD

When Warranty Coverage Begins.

Unless a different warranty period is expressly stated on the applicable product page, order documentation, or another written Wearvant warranty:

90
DAYS

Standard Limited Warranty

Coverage begins on the confirmed delivery date shown in the applicable shipping or order record.

If a product is delivered in multiple shipments, the warranty period for each item begins when that particular item is delivered.

A replacement product does not automatically begin a new full 90-day warranty period unless Wearvant expressly confirms otherwise.

Any mandatory warranty or consumer guarantee required by applicable law remains unaffected by this voluntary limited warranty.

03
WHAT IS COVERED

Eligible Manufacturing Defects.

Subject to inspection and approval, the Limited Warranty may cover a defect caused by materials, manufacturing, assembly, or workmanship under normal intended use.

01

Frame Assembly

A structural frame or temple defect resulting from an identifiable manufacturing or assembly issue.

02

Hinges

A hinge that fails prematurely under normal use because of a qualifying production defect.

03

Charging Hardware

A qualifying defect involving the integrated charging interface or charging hardware.

04

Speakers

Failure of a built-in speaker caused by an eligible manufacturing defect.

05

Microphones

Qualifying microphone failure that is not caused by blockage, liquid, impact, or misuse.

06

Physical Controls

Buttons or supported touch-control hardware that fail due to a confirmed production issue.

07

Internal Electronics

A qualifying hardware failure affecting the core electronics of the product.

08

Defects on Arrival

Product defects that were already present when the product was delivered.

04
ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS

Smart-Eyewear Hardware Coverage.

Depending on the specific product, smart eyewear may include Bluetooth hardware, speakers, microphones, charging components, buttons, touch controls, sensors, or other electronics.

A hardware issue may qualify for warranty support when our review reasonably determines that:

  • The product was used according to its intended purpose.
  • The issue is reproducible or supported by reasonable evidence.
  • There is no evidence of impact, crushing, liquid intrusion, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
  • Reasonable troubleshooting does not resolve the issue.
  • The problem appears to result from manufacturing, components, or workmanship.

We may ask you to perform reasonable troubleshooting before authorizing a warranty return.

05
WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Damage Outside Warranty Coverage.

The Limited Warranty does not cover problems caused by normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repair, environmental exposure, or other causes unrelated to an eligible manufacturing defect.

01 Accidental Damage

Dropping, crushing, impact, bending, stepping on, or other accidental physical damage.

02 Normal Wear

Normal scratches, cosmetic wear, looseness, finish changes, or signs of ordinary use.

03 Liquid Damage

Water or liquid intrusion beyond any protection expressly stated for the applicable model.

04 Improper Charging

Damage caused by incompatible, damaged, modified, or unsafe charging equipment.

05 Heat & Environment

Damage caused by excessive heat, cold, humidity, chemicals, or unsuitable storage.

06 Unauthorized Repair

Damage caused by opening, dismantling, repairing, or modifying the product without authorization.

07 Loss or Theft

Lost, misplaced, or stolen products are not manufacturing defects.

08 Misuse

Damage resulting from use outside the product's intended purpose or published instructions.

06
BATTERY PERFORMANCE

Rechargeable Batteries Naturally Change Over Time.

Some Wearvant smart eyewear includes a rechargeable battery. Rechargeable batteries are consumable components whose available capacity gradually decreases with age, charging cycles, temperature, and use.

Normal battery-capacity reduction is not itself considered a manufacturing defect.

Battery performance can also vary based on:

  • Audio volume.
  • Call duration.
  • Bluetooth activity.
  • Connected smart features.
  • Background application activity.
  • Operating temperature.
  • Charging habits.
  • Software and firmware configuration.

A battery may qualify for warranty review if there is evidence of an abnormal manufacturing-related failure rather than ordinary capacity degradation.

07 / WATER & ENVIRONMENT

Water Resistance Is Not the Same as Waterproof.

Do not assume that a smart-eyewear product can be submerged or exposed to water unless the applicable product page expressly provides a water-resistance rating and usage guidance.

01

Rain & Moisture

Follow the product-specific protection information shown for your model.

02

Swimming

Do not swim, shower, or intentionally submerge smart glasses unless expressly approved.

03

High Temperature

Avoid leaving electronic eyewear in excessive heat, including inside hot vehicles.

04

Chemicals

Avoid solvents, corrosive chemicals, harsh cleaners, and similar substances.

Liquid-damage reminder

Damage caused by exposure outside a model's stated environmental protection is generally not covered by the Limited Warranty.

08
LENSES, FRAMES & COSMETIC WEAR

Eyewear Components Require Normal Care.

The warranty may cover a qualifying manufacturing defect involving a frame, hinge, lens installation, or structural component.

It does not normally cover:

  • Lens scratches caused by use or cleaning.
  • Scratched or worn coatings.
  • Frame scratches or cosmetic marks.
  • Damage caused by sitting or stepping on glasses.
  • Damage caused by bending or twisting the frame.
  • Damage caused by third-party prescription-lens installation.
  • Frame modifications performed by an unauthorized party.
  • Normal adjustment or looseness resulting from extended use.

Small variations in finish, color, texture, or dimensions that fall within reasonable manufacturing tolerances are not necessarily defects.

09
APPS, AI & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Hardware Warranty vs. External Digital Services.

Selected smart glasses may depend on a smartphone, Bluetooth, companion application, operating system, AI provider, translation service, internet connection, or other third-party technology.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the physical product warranty does not guarantee:

  • Permanent availability of a third-party application.
  • Permanent availability of AI services.
  • Permanent access to a translation provider.
  • Future compatibility with every smartphone.
  • Future compatibility with every operating-system version.
  • Continued availability of features controlled by independent third-party providers.
  • Identical functionality in every country, region, or language.

A third-party service outage or compatibility change does not necessarily mean the physical smart-glasses hardware is defective.

10
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ON ARRIVAL

Contact Us Promptly After Delivery.

If an order arrives damaged, visibly defective, missing an item, or contains the wrong product, please contact Wearvant as soon as reasonably possible.

For delivery-condition problems, we recommend reporting the issue within 7 days of delivery so that shipping records, packaging, and product condition can be reviewed promptly.

INCLUDE WITH YOUR REPORT
Order Number Product Name Description of the Issue Product Photos Packaging Photos Short Video if Helpful

Reporting within seven days is intended to make investigation easier and does not remove mandatory consumer rights that may apply under law.

11
PRODUCT CARE

Help Protect Your Smart Eyewear.

Reasonable product care can reduce accidental damage and help preserve product performance.

01 Use a Case

Store the glasses in a protective case when they are not being worn.

02 Clean Carefully

Use an appropriate soft lens cloth and avoid abrasive cleaning materials.

03 Protect Electronics

Keep charging contacts and electronics clean and free from unsuitable moisture.

04 Avoid Excessive Heat

Do not store smart glasses for long periods in excessively hot environments.

05 Use Compatible Charging

Follow the charging requirements supplied with the product or shown on its product page.

06 Do Not Disassemble

Do not open, drill, modify, or attempt unauthorized electronics repair.

03

Inspection

Where necessary, we may request return of the product for inspection.

04

Decision

We determine whether the issue qualifies under the Limited Warranty.

05

Resolution

We communicate the approved resolution and next steps.

Submitting a warranty claim does not automatically guarantee approval. Each claim is reviewed based on the product, evidence, circumstances, warranty terms, and applicable consumer law.

14
RESOLUTION OPTIONS

If Your Claim Is Approved.

The appropriate warranty remedy depends on the nature of the defect, product availability, repair feasibility, and applicable law.

01

Repair

Where practical and available, the affected product may be repaired.

02

Replacement

We may provide the same product where an appropriate replacement is available.

03

Comparable Product

If the original model is unavailable, an appropriate comparable model may be offered.

04

Refund

In appropriate circumstances, a partial or full refund may be provided.

Nothing in this section limits a remedy that applicable law requires us to provide.

15
SHIPPING FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS

Do Not Return a Product Without Authorization.

Please contact Wearvant before shipping a warranty product to any address.

Where a return is required, our support team will provide appropriate instructions.

For an approved claim involving a confirmed manufacturing defect or a product damaged on arrival, Wearvant may provide, reimburse, or otherwise assist with reasonable return-shipping costs where appropriate.

Unauthorized, unnecessarily expensive, or improperly addressed return shipments may not be reimbursable.

Original shipping charges are not automatically refundable unless required by law or the refund results from a confirmed Wearvant fulfillment error.

16
REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS

Warranty After Replacement.

If an approved warranty claim results in replacement, the replacement does not automatically create a new full standard warranty period.

Unless we state otherwise, the replacement may be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or any additional period required by applicable law.

Replacement products may be new or otherwise permitted replacement products where allowed by applicable law and clearly communicated to the customer.

17
PROOF OF PURCHASE

Confirming Warranty Eligibility.

We need to be able to confirm the original Wearvant purchase before providing warranty service.

Acceptable proof may include:

  • Wearvant order number.
  • Order-confirmation email.
  • Wearvant invoice or receipt.
  • Other transaction information that allows us to locate the original order.

If we cannot reasonably verify the purchase, we may not be able to provide warranty service.

18
THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES

Products Purchased Outside wearvant.shop.

This Wearvant Limited Warranty applies to eligible products purchased directly through wearvant.shop unless we expressly state that another authorized sales channel is covered.

If a product was purchased from an independent marketplace, reseller, private seller, or other third-party source, warranty service may need to be requested from the original seller.

We cannot guarantee the authenticity, condition, purchase history, prior use, or warranty eligibility of products obtained from unauthorized sellers.

19
MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS

Your Legal Rights Remain Protected.

This Limited Warranty is provided in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase under applicable law.

Depending on your country or region, you may have statutory rights or consumer guarantees concerning product quality, conformity, repair, replacement, refund, or other remedies.

Nothing in this Warranty Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or waived.

Consumer protection

If mandatory local consumer law provides you with greater protection than this voluntary warranty, the mandatory law applies to the extent required.

20
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

Reasonable Limits on Warranty Coverage.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this Limited Warranty is limited to defects and remedies described in this Policy.

Wearvant is not responsible under this voluntary warranty for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from normal wear, accidental product damage, customer misuse, or independent third-party service interruption.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

21
POLICY UPDATES

Changes to the Warranty Policy.

We may revise this Warranty Policy periodically to reflect changes in products, customer-service practices, technology, or legal requirements.

The warranty terms applicable to an existing purchase will generally be those in effect at the time of purchase, except where a later change is required by law or provides a more favorable remedy.
