The Website is operated by Guangzhou Shangfeng Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. (“Wearvant,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Website or place an order.

Who May Use Wearvant.

By using our Services or placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable law.

You may not use the Services where doing so would violate applicable sanctions, export restrictions, trade controls, or other applicable laws.

When creating an account or placing an order, you agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading.

Wearvant sells smart eyewear and related consumer products, including smart glasses, audio glasses, AI-assisted smart glasses, smart sunglasses, and related accessories.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs, dimensions, compatibility information, prices, and availability.

However, product information may occasionally contain errors or may change due to software updates, supplier revisions, production batches, component availability, or other reasonable causes.

Connected Features May Depend on Other Services.

Certain Wearvant products may support Bluetooth audio, hands-free calling, voice functions, AI-assisted services, translation functions, companion applications, or other connected functionality.

Availability and performance may depend on factors outside the physical eyewear itself, including:

• Your smartphone model and operating system.
• Bluetooth compatibility and software version.
• Internet access or mobile data.
• A compatible companion application.
• Third-party AI or translation services.
• Language and regional availability.
• Third-party subscription requirements.
• Software updates or service availability.

Unless specifically stated on the applicable product page, the purchase of physical smart glasses does not guarantee lifetime access to any third-party application, AI service, translation platform, cloud service, or other external digital service.

Prices Displayed on the Website.

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Website or at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted, subject to applicable law.

Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, payment processor, or financial institution may apply currency-conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or other charges. Such charges are generally imposed by the relevant financial institution and are not controlled by Wearvant.

If we discover an obvious pricing or calculation error, we may contact you before fulfillment to request confirmation at the correct price or cancel and refund the affected order.

Submitting an Order.

Placing an order through the Website represents an offer by you to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or shipped.

Before fulfillment, we may perform reasonable checks relating to:

Promotional codes, discounts, coupons, and special offers may be subject to separate conditions displayed with the applicable promotion.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Discounts cannot normally be applied retroactively.

You should not use smart eyewear in a way that distracts you from driving, cycling, operating machinery, crossing roads, or performing another activity requiring your full attention.

Where local law restricts the use of wearable electronics, headphones, Bluetooth devices, smart glasses, or related technology, customers are responsible for complying with those requirements.

Wearvant products are consumer electronics and are not intended to provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, emergency services, or professional safety monitoring unless expressly stated otherwise.

External Platforms and Services.

Some Website or product functions may rely on third-party systems, including:

• Payment processors
• Shipping carriers
• Cloud infrastructure
• Companion applications
• AI services
• Translation services
• Analytics providers
• Customer-support services

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability requirements, fees, supported regions, and technical restrictions.

We are not responsible for independent third-party service interruptions, policy changes, account restrictions, or discontinuation where those matters are outside our reasonable control.

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify Wearvant for matters caused by Wearvant's own breach, negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be transferred to a consumer.

Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your country or region, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Guangzhou Shangfeng Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. at its place of establishment in Guangzhou, Guangdong, People's Republic of China.

Where legally permitted, disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be submitted to a court with lawful jurisdiction in Guangzhou, Guangdong.

This section does not prevent a consumer from relying on any mandatory right to bring a claim in another court or forum where applicable law provides such a right.

Updates to This Agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, Services, Website, business operations, technology, policies, or legal obligations.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page and the “Last Updated” date may be revised.

Where required by applicable law, material changes may be communicated using additional reasonable notice.

Terms applicable to an order will normally be those in effect when the applicable transaction was placed, subject to mandatory law.
