01 / SHOPPING & PRODUCTS

Before You Buy.

Understand the Wearvant collection and how to compare different smart-eyewear models.

Wearvant focuses on four main smart-eyewear categories: Smart Glasses, Audio Glasses, AI Smart Glasses, and Smart Sunglasses. Individual models support different functions, so always review the specific product page before ordering.

No. Some models focus on open-ear audio and calls, while selected products may support voice interaction, translation, AI-assisted services, different lens options, or other connected features. Product-specific specifications should always be your final reference.

Begin with your main use case. For example, decide whether your priority is music, hands-free calling, AI-assisted functionality, translation-related services, outdoor sun protection, or general connected use. Then compare size, battery information, phone compatibility, charging method, and model-specific features.

Use the individual product pages together with our Tech Guide, Bluetooth & Connectivity Guide, Size Guide, and How It Works page. Product pages should contain the most model-specific information.

Prescription-lens compatibility depends on the specific frame and lens construction. Do not assume every model can be fitted with prescription lenses. Check the applicable product information and consult a qualified optical professional before modifying a frame.

Not necessarily. Lens properties vary by model. Only rely on polarized, UV400, photochromic, blue-light, or other lens claims where they are specifically stated for the individual product.

02 / AUDIO & CALLS

Listen. Talk.
Stay Aware.

Selected Wearvant models use open-ear audio and microphones for compatible everyday audio functions.

Open-ear smart glasses place speakers in or near the frame temples rather than inside the ear canal. This can allow you to hear compatible audio while remaining more aware of surrounding sound.

Selected audio models include speakers and microphones that can support hands-free calling when connected to a compatible smartphone. Check the specific product page for calling capability.

Compatible audio models can play supported audio from a connected device, including music, podcasts, navigation prompts, calls, and other phone audio. Available controls vary by model.

Open-ear speakers are not completely private. Sound leakage can vary with volume, environment, frame position, and model design. For sensitive conversations, use an appropriate private listening method.

03 / AI-ASSISTED FEATURES

Understanding
AI Smart Glasses.

AI capability may depend on the specific model, smartphone, application, internet connection, region, language, or third-party service.

No. AI-assisted functionality is model-specific. Some products may work with compatible apps or online services, while others focus primarily on Bluetooth audio and calling.

It depends on the product. Some AI-assisted functions may rely partly or entirely on a paired smartphone, companion app, internet connection, or external cloud service. Review the model specifications before purchase.

Selected compatible products or services may support translation-related functionality. Supported languages, regions, apps, and operating requirements can change by model and service provider.

Many cloud-based AI and translation functions require internet connectivity through a paired smartphone or compatible network. Basic Bluetooth features may continue to work without internet depending on the model.

04 / BLUETOOTH & CONNECTIVITY

Connecting
Your Glasses.

Smartphone, operating-system, Bluetooth, and app requirements vary by model.

Many Wearvant smart-glasses models use Bluetooth to connect with a compatible smartphone for audio, calls, controls, app communication, or other connected functions.

Compatibility varies by model and companion app. Check the individual product page for operating-system, Bluetooth-version, application, and device requirements.

Some models can perform basic Bluetooth functions without a dedicated app, while selected advanced functions may require a companion application. Refer to the specific product instructions.

The exact process varies by model. Generally, charge and power on the glasses, enable Bluetooth on your phone, place the glasses into pairing mode, and select the appropriate device from your phone or compatible app.

Confirm that the glasses are charged, Bluetooth is enabled, and the product is in pairing mode. Remove an old pairing from the phone if necessary, restart both devices, and try again. Model-specific reset procedures should be followed where applicable.

05 / SIZE & FIT

Finding a
Comfortable Fit.

Compare exact model dimensions with a pair of glasses you already wear comfortably.

Compare overall frame width, lens width, bridge width, and temple length with glasses you already find comfortable. Overall frame width is usually the simplest starting reference.

They are general fit references rather than universal eyewear-industry standards. In our general guide, below 135 mm overall frame width is a Small starting range, 135–140 mm is Medium, and above 140 mm is Large. Exact product measurements remain more important.

They can. Some smart frames contain electronics, speakers, batteries, microphones, or controls in the temples, which may affect weight distribution and temple thickness. Balanced fit is important.

06 / BATTERY & CARE

Charging and
Everyday Care.

Battery performance and charging methods vary by product and usage pattern.

Battery life varies by model and use. Audio volume, phone calls, Bluetooth activity, AI-assisted functions, background connectivity, temperature, and battery age can all affect runtime. Use the individual product specifications as your reference.

Charging methods vary and may include a cable, magnetic charging connector, or charging case. Follow the charging instructions supplied with your specific model.

Do not assume a product is waterproof. Water resistance varies by model. Only rely on a specific water-resistance rating or protection claim where it is expressly stated for that product.

Use a clean, soft lens cloth and avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals. Protect electronic components and charging contacts from unsuitable moisture, and follow model-specific care instructions.

07 / ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Placing and
Managing an Order.

Find answers about checkout, confirmation, cancellation, and payments.

A successfully submitted order should receive order-confirmation information containing the applicable order number and purchase details. If you believe payment succeeded but cannot locate your order confirmation, contact customer support.

Contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order that has not progressed too far into fulfillment. Once dispatched, you may need to wait for delivery and request an eligible return.

Available payment methods are those presented during checkout for your order, destination, currency, and device. Availability may vary.

Payment may fail because of issuer authorization, security checks, incorrect billing information, payment-provider restrictions, or a temporary processing issue. Follow the message shown at checkout or contact the applicable payment provider if necessary.

08 / SHIPPING & TRACKING

After Your
Order Ships.

Processing and carrier transit time are separate parts of the delivery timeline.

Most orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

After dispatch, the current general estimates are approximately 5–12 business days for the United States; 7–15 business days for Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand; and 10–20 business days for other international destinations. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Use the tracking information supplied after dispatch where available, or visit our Track Order page. Some tracking numbers may require 1–3 business days before showing their first carrier update.

International shipments may be subject to duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, or carrier brokerage charges depending on destination-country rules. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, local import charges may be payable by the recipient.

Check with household members, reception, parcel lockers, neighbors where appropriate, and any safe-location information from the carrier. If the shipment remains missing, contact both the carrier and Wearvant so the available delivery evidence can be reviewed.

09 / RETURNS & REFUNDS

If Something
Is Not Right.

Contact Wearvant before sending any product back.

Eligible standard products may generally be requested for return within 30 days after confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Contact customer support promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. For visible delivery-condition issues, we recommend contacting us within 7 days where reasonably possible so the evidence can be reviewed.

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping. For a confirmed Wearvant fulfillment error, damaged-on-arrival product, or qualifying defect, Wearvant may provide or cover reasonable return shipping as appropriate.

After Wearvant submits an approved refund to the original payment method, the payment provider or bank may require approximately 5–10 business days to post the funds. The exact time depends on the provider.

Not unless Wearvant specifically instructs you to do so. The legal registered address is not automatically the designated returns warehouse. Contact support first and wait for the correct return instructions.

10 / WARRANTY

Product
Warranty Support.

Wearvant's limited warranty applies to eligible manufacturing-related defects under the applicable terms.

Unless another warranty period is expressly stated for the applicable product, the current standard Wearvant Limited Warranty is 90 days from confirmed delivery.

Subject to review, eligible manufacturing-related defects may involve frame assembly, hinges, charging hardware, speakers, microphones, controls, or internal electronics. Coverage depends on the cause of the issue.

Normal wear, cosmetic scratches, accidental impact, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper charging, loss, theft, and liquid damage outside a model's stated protection are generally not manufacturing defects.

Contact Wearvant with your order number, product name or model, description of the problem, and supporting photos or video where appropriate. Do not ship the product back until return instructions are provided.
